Brennan McNitt is originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa. He went on to study Kinesiology at Iowa State University before completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Iowa in 2017. His Physical Therapy career began in 2018 at a Sports Medicine Clinic in Iowa where he worked with a variety of sport and orthopedic injuries. In the clinic, he specializes in treating individuals with spine and joint pains with further experience in herniated disc injuries, muscle injuries, and surgical rehabilitation. He is certified in dry needling and uses various hands on techniques to reduce pain so individuals can get stronger, return to fitness, and strive for long-term success. Brennan believes strongly in the education of pain science, confronting false beliefs, and creating active treatment plans to help people reach their goals!
